Training and improving isn’t difficult to do. But it can be difficult measuring the improvement. When you are looking to go on court think about those things that plagued the last match, session ‘fun’ time. Pick JUST ONE thing to work on. Movement to the corners. Early preparation. Good watching. Be single minded and focus on that one element throughout. It may improve or it may need more work. During the post analysis something is mentioned. Take this element and resolve to focus on it next time.
Keep it simple. One thing at a time. Be specific. Use the session to work on and find more to improve on. Oh. And have fun. That’s why we really play?!
